Job Title: Front Desk Administrative Assistant Wage Range: Hourly Department: Administrative Reports to: Controller Job Summary The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of clerical, recordkeeping, and customer service tasks to assist with the smooth operation of the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned) : Answers and transfer a high volume of phone calls to all departments. Screen internet-based sales leads and in bound calls for new customers and distributing according to company practice and inputting into CRM database. Welcomes and directs visitors, customers, and suppliers. Provides customer service for onsite product pick up. Copies, files, retrieves materials, and maintains filing systems as assigned. Assemble marketing materials for distribution to customers. Update daily administrative spreadsheets. Input high volume of part orders for the company. Invoicing completed part orders. Assist Sales Team Members with mailings and customer paperwork. Supports and conforms to Quality Management System requirements as defined by CEG and ISO 9001:2015. Company Information: The person in this position has access to various reports and records, which are considered as being of a highly confidential and classified nature. None of this material or information may be divulged or passed on to any outside source by the employee either during or after employment with the Company. Education and/or Experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Basic understanding of office equipment. Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping & filing. Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems. Ability to organize and prioritize work. Ability to greet visitors, clients, and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner. Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
