Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for receptionist and general administrative duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, timecard review, data entry, accounts payable assistance, and benefits support. This position requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Serve as the primary receptionist, answering phones, greeting visitors, and providing general clerical supportProvide administrative assistance with employee benefits inquiries, directing questions to appropriate resourcesReview and verify employee timecards for accuracy at the location levelPerform data entry, maintain spreadsheets, and generate reports as neededSupport the HRBP with various tasks as neededAct as the account's payable liaison for the location, supporting the accounting team with documentation and data entryMaintain organized physical and digital filing systems and accurate recordsSupport overall office organization, upkeep, and administrative complianceOrder office supplies and maintain stock of suppliesPerform other administrative duties as assigned Experience & Qualifications: 12 years of administrative or related experience (preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong written and verbal communication skillsSolid basic math and data accuracy skillsHighly organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple prioritiesSelf-motivated team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detailAbility to handle confidential information responsibly Work Environment: Pro
