Administrative Assistant Car Dealership Office Operations Overview We are looking for a polished, organized, and detail-driven Administrative Assistant to join our dealership team and play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly.This position is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and takes pride in organization, communication, and creating a welcoming office atmosphere.This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants stability, growth, and hands-on experience in a professional business setting.Key Responsibilities Serve as the friendly and professional first point of contact for customers, vendors, and team members Answer and manage multi-line phone systems with confidence and excellent phone etiquette Perform accurate data entry, filing, document preparation, and record organization Assist with dealership paperwork, customer documents, and internal reports Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for scheduling, documents, spreadsheets, and communication Support basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, receipts, and light QuickBooks data entry Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings Provide customer support via phone and email with professionalism and attention to detail Assist with office organization including supply ordering, mail handling, and maintaining a clean, welcoming workspace Support sales and management teams with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Previous experience in an office, administrative, or customer service role preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using computers and office software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Workspace Experience with QuickBooks or accounting software is a plus but not required Excellent communication skills and professional phone presence Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time efficiently Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required Experience in a dealership, medical office, dental office, or receptionist role is helpful but not required Why You Will Love This Role Professional, supportive work environment Stable hours with clear expectations Opportunity to grow within the company Hands-on experience in a real business setting Collaborative team culture that values organization, reliability, and professionalism Pay:$23.23 - $27.97 per hour Work Location:In person.
