Company Overview Drippe Homes, Inc.is dedicated to providing exceptional real estate and property management services.We focus on creating quality living environments while ensuring outstanding customer support and satisfaction.Summary Drippe Homes is a dynamic home-building company dedicated to delivering high-quality homes with efficiency and precision.We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to support our team in managing financial, administrative, and operational tasks.Key Responsibilities:Financial & Administrative Management:Track, manage, and pay invoices, bills, and credit card charges.Reconcile credit card transactions and maintain accurate financial records.Manage and track expenses.Process funding requests for spec and custom homes.Maintain and update financial reports.Home Closing & Permit Coordination:Handle all processes related to running and closing out homes.Request and track utilities and building-related items for homes.Maintain and update reports needed for building permits.Apply for necessary permits and ensure all documentation is submitted.Insurance & Compliance:Handle and update insurance information for subcontractors.Fill out and return VA documentation as requested.Prepare deed packs and loan documents.Operational Support:Maintain an accurate filing/scanning system Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, including office computers, printers, alarm systems, internet, and phone lines.Qualifications:Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Experience in financial management, invoicing, and data entry.Familiarity with home building operations and permit processes (preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.Benefits:Competitive salary Opportunity to grow within a dynamic company.Supportive team environment.SIMPLE IRA 3% Company Contribution Athletic Reimbursement Fund Health Insurance Reimbursement Fund If you are a highly organized and detail-oriented professional looking to contribute to a thriving home-building company, we encourage you to apply!
