The primary responsibility of the Admin Assistant is to provide administrative support to the Office Manager and the Project Management team, ensuring efficient operations across multiple departments. The ideal candidate is efficient, detail-oriented, and skilled in developing and maintaining workplace relationships. Lusardi Construction is a full-service general contractor with a commitment to craftsmanship and excellence since 1958. This is a part-time position located in our Dublin, CA office. Duties/Responsibilities: Manage and direct phone calls Manage incoming and outgoing mail Prepare and manage outgoing shipping for GSO, FedEx, and Certified Mail requests Maintain fully stocked copiers Maintain office organization and filing Assist with watering plants, placing lunch orders, and coordinating events Assist with bids, such as; Copying/scanning of bid binders and documents Printing bids and creating bid binders Assist with plan ordering and coordination Manage supply orders Maintain the saving of miscellaneous documents to the server Assist with monthly billings, such as; Saving billings to server Follow-up on any missing documents needed to complete subcontractors billing package Update various spreadsheets Help purge projects and update logs Assist with creating project files and binders Day-to-day operations in Procore, such as; Adding new subs and companies Updating company and contact info Help with running errands as needed Assist with special projects within different departments as needed Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent written communication, and verbal skills Time management, multitasking, and flexibility Outstanding organizational skills Accuracy and attention to detail Interpersonal skills, professional, and courteous demeanor Excellent office and phone etiquette Ability to work well under pressure and navigate multiple deadlines Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others Event planning and coordination Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED Familiarity with MS Office, Excel, Outlook and multiline phone system Experience with Procore a plus Previous administrative or receptionist experience a plus Previous Construction experience a plus The pay range for this position of employment is expected to be between $24.00/hour and $30.00/hour. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience . If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
