In this vital role, you will serve as the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to staff and clients alike.Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster a productive, welcoming environment.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills while contributing to a thriving organization.The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and possesses a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.Responsibilities Position Title:Administrative Assistant Reports to:Facility Manager / Assistant Facility Manager Position Objective:Assist management in daily billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable payroll and filing.Assists HR manager with processing of new hires.Position Responsibilities:Customer Service- Must answer customer emails and calls within 24 hours Customer Billing- Input, Mail, Scan to customer Scan bills to Express Container Web-site daily Accounts Receivable- Mail payments to Avenel, Send out statements monthly Accounts Payable- Scan bills to Avenel Payroll- Scan to HR Facility Filing System- Stay organized Emergency Coordination Housekeeping- Office Building and Drivers Room Answering and Directing Incoming Calls Obtain Missing PO's for Work Orders in a timely manner Complete and Process all New Hires and Paperwork Training Requirements:Join us in creating an efficient, welcoming workspace where your organizational talents can shine!
