Full job description Overview Custom Home Builder in Murrieta is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations.The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in office management or clerical roles.This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and customer service are paramount.The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting needs of day to day business.This position could work into full time at some point.Construction experience is a plus. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy Answer multi-line phone systems, direct calls appropriately, and maintain effective phone etiquette Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office suite, relevant software Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff and management Support office management duties such as ordering supplies, organizing documents, and maintaining office equipment Provide customer support via phone or email, ensuring excellent service at all times Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or submission Handle administrative activities like managing incoming mail, and supporting personal assistant duties as needed Updating website and social media accounts Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry and document preparation Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations Knowledge of office management procedures and clerical experience preferred Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and communication skills Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail in proofreading, filing, and data entry tasks Time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively This position is integral to maintaining an organized office environment while providing exceptional support to staff and clients.We value proactive and self starting individuals who demonstrate professionalism, efficiency, and excellent communication skills.Job Type:Part-time Pay:$23.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours:20 per week Work Location:In person.
