Job Type:Employee Part TimeMonday-Friday 10am - 2pm Career Level:Entry Level Key Job Duties:Case Review Processing Payments Daily Financial Reconciliation Updating Case Information About The Zellman Group The Zellman Group, LLC is a premier provider of retail Civil Recovery and Loss Prevention Managed Services with 27 years of industry leadership.We partner with global retailers, food service providers, and hospitality brands to minimize loss and drive profitability.We are a passionate, dedicated team that believes a positive culture is the foundation of a successful workplace.If you are a hard-working professional looking for work that truly matters, we want to hear from you.Role Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Westbury team.This entry-level role is vital to our financial operations, focusing on payment processing, case management, and coordination with judicial systems across the United States.This is an ideal position for a focused professional looking for a consistent, mid-day schedule in a corporate environment.Key Responsibilities Financial Administration:Process various payment types including credit cards, checks, and money orders with high accuracy.Case Management:Ensure case files are updated daily to reflect the most current information.Reconciliation:Perform daily financial reconciliations to maintain account integrity.Legal Liaison:Proactively follow up with courts nationwide via phone, email, and mail to resolve payment issues and inquiries.Team Collaboration:Work closely with the recovery team to ensure all client deadlines and processing goals are met.Qualified Candidates Will Possess Education:Associates Degree suggested Technical Skills:Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas).Communication:Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.Detail Orientation:Extreme attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.Mindset:A self-starter attitude with the ability to take ownership of financial responsibilities.Experience:1-2 years of experience in administrative assistance or a financial support role is preferred.Job Type:Part-time Pay:Up to $17.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
