Job Description
Administrative Assistant for a Condominium Property Management Company Report directly to Property Manager Meet with Property Manager Daily to review projects and items for follow up Become familiar with properties assigned to him/her Answer homeowner phone calls and emails for work orders and general inquiries Issue work orders to vendors and follow-up on status Assist in obtaining bids and proposals from vendors Schedule move ins/outs, collect and return deposits and maintain community calendars Send mailings to residents Alert Property Manager about any unresolved issues Weekly Property Site Visits and Inspections of Properties Attend Board Meeting upon Property Manager request Assist Property Manager with day-to-day operations as needed Basic office duties Requirements: Minimum high school diploma, college degree is a plus Must have ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills and experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel and Word Would like some experience with AppFolio (Accounting System) Follow up and organizational skills are key Fast moving office, must be able to pivot quickly Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits Paid time off Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
