IDR is seeking a Administrative Assistant to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in California.This role involves providing essential administrative support within a healthcare environment, ensuring smooth office operations and effective communication among staff and professionals.Position Overview for the Administrative Assistant:Provide administrative support in a fast-paced healthcare setting.Manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.Operate general office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, and telephones.Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.Communicate professionally with patients, healthcare professionals, and staff while maintaining confidentiality.Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:High school diploma, GED, or higher degree required; preferred associate's degree.Minimum of two (2) years of administrative support experience.Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and unexpected situations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.What's in it for you?
