Immersion Montessori School (IMS) is looking for a highly organized, reliable, and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to support our growing schools and programs. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with AI tools, learns technology quickly, takes initiative, and wants long-term growth within the company. Responsibilities Administrative and operational support Managing communication, scheduling, and organization systems Supporting enrollment and family communication Assisting with digital tools, forms, spreadsheets, and AI workflows Helping leadership stay organized and efficient Stepping into classrooms to support ratio coverage when needed Assisting with events, projects, and daily campus operations Qualifications Extremely organized and detail-oriented Reliable and professional Comfortable with AI tools and modern technology Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Comfortable working around children and school environments Preferred Experience with Google Workspace, Airtable, Canva, Slack, or similar tools Interest in operations, education, administration, or business Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Why Work at IMS?
