Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for an Administrative Assistant, based in Chicago, IL. The Administrative Assistant will oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, manage scheduling, and assist executives with various clerical and organizational responsibilities. Additional tasks include answering and directing phone calls with professional etiquette, organizing documentation, and providing general office support to ensure efficient operations. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and core Clerical Skills, including organization, documentation, and scheduling Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to professionally interact with team members and external stakeholders Experience in providing Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management and meeting coordination Detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office administrative tools Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment Prior experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is a plus Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred
