We are currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and various departments. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments, including preparation of agendas and minutes. Maintain organized and up-to-date records, files, and documentation both electronically and in physical form. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and official communications. Serve as a liaison between staff, customers, and external agencies, facilitating efficient information flow. Support the implementation of office policies, procedures, and special projects as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or office management training is preferred. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar clerical role, preferably within utilities or public service sectors. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with database management. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including customer service orientation. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information. Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
