We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant / Medical Technician to join our team at our Baton Rouge, LA, site . This is a full-time position, Mon-Fri, day shifts, eligible for benefits. We offer a highly competitive total compensation and benefits package which includes: Health Dental Vision Life 401(k) Six Paid Holidays Paid Vacation and Sick Leave Long-term disability and short-term disability benefits Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions) : Assist the clinic with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling. Use Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook. Update Electronic Medical Records Systems. Medical Technician tasks, including vitals, phlebotomy, hearing and Respirator Fit Testing. Alcohol and Drug Collections Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college or medical administration training is preferred. Current Medical Assistant Certificate with state license preferred. Experience: Administrative office experience, preferably in a fast-paced clinical setting is desired.
