Administrative Assistant Behavioral Health Services – ACT Team Hourly Pay Range: $20.08 – 30.13 Closing Date: 5/14/2026 or upon receipt of the first 50 applications Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will provide a variety of clerical functions in direct support of the Assertive Community Treatment team. This includes creating a welcoming and organized environment at the front desk and completion of routine clerical, administrative, and general office duties. Work in the Electronic Health Record and have a high degree of technological and departmental expertise. Essential Responsibilities: Serve as primary contact for the team and be responsible for coordinating calls and directing communication between team and consumers, as well as communicating with other organizations. Work with the ACT leader to triage consumer needs throughout the day. Welcome guests arriving for meetings in the department and ensure that common areas of the department are clean, professional, and well-kept. Complete office management duties, assist with ordering office supplies, and maintain sufficient office production. Assist with scheduling treatment planning and other routinely held meetings. Maintain medical charts and records, both electronic and hard copy, and manage confidential information. Attend daily team meeting and takes notes to put in consumer charts. In coordination with the ACT team leader, prepare monthly reports on behalf of the team to promote quality and efficiency. Assist team with managing payee accounts and budgets. Assist ACT MD and RN with administrative duties including medication and lab coordination, scheduling appointments, and hospitalization coordination. Set up conference phone lines and meetings, set up AV needs for trainings, and create and edit word and excel documents in support of the ACT team. Perform all other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: Current resident of Wisconsin. Possession of an Associate Degree or higher. Preferred Qualifications: At least one (1) year of experience working with and/or supporting individuals who are living with a mental illness.
