PART-TIME OFFICE ASSISTANTHewitt / West Milford Area We are looking for a reliable and motivated Part-Time Office Assistant to help support our multiple businesses.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience helping organize and support a small business.The position starts part-time, with the opportunity to grow into more hours or a full-time role over time for the right person.We are looking for someone who naturally notices when things need to be done and takes initiative to help.If you are the type of person who sees something out of place and thinks, I can take care of that, you will likely do very well in this role.Tasks may include:Filing, scanning, and organizing documents Opening and sorting mail Printing shipping labels and preparing UPS shipments Making phone calls to vendors or agencies to gather information Creating simple flyers or posts using Canva Assisting with social media posts and responding to messages Helping update iPads or software used by our technicians Occasional errands or personal assistant tasks Helping with general office tasks that come up during the day No two days are the same -- this role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and learning how businesses operate.Ideal candidate:Organized and dependable Comfortable using computers, Chat GBT, Google Docs, Canva, and basic software Comfortable learning new apps, devices, and technology Someone who takes initiative and likes helping wherever needed Local to the Hewitt / West Milford area When replying, please include your town and one example of a time you noticed something that needed to be done and handled it.Pay:$19.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Work Location:In person.
