You’ll be a key player in our Audit Department, helping keep operations smooth, supporting important financial projects, and collaborating with a team that values clear communication, initiative, and a good sense of humor. If you’re motivated, detail‑driven, and ready for a role where your impact is felt every day, we’d love to meet you What Will You Do: Maintain and oversee Audit Archiving and Document Management. Assist with DGA election processes and other audit administrative projects as needed. Perform bill preparation with accuracy and precision. Prepare Status Reports with great attention to detail in a timely manner. Coverage of Audit Executive Assistants on an as needed basis. Ability to set up fill in forms and other higher-level applications skills. Prepare and format letters and report Proofreading What Do You Need to Succeed: High school diploma required. Competency in Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel and Power Point; Experience with Access is a plus. Ability to prepare and format reports in both Excel and Word with exceptional proof-reading skills. Attention to detail and high organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. Strong problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities. Skills that would set you apart: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business-related field preferred. The Space You’ll Work in and the Skills You’ll Use: Standing, walking, crouching, and regular lifting up to 15 pounds Frequent use of hands and reaching with hands and arms Regularly talking, hearing, seeing, and sitting Moderate to loud noise level Risk of electrical shock Salary Range: The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
