About the Role This is more than a traditional admin role it’s a chance to work closely with leadership, gain exposure in crafting key business decisions, and play an important role in keeping things running smoothly. You’ll help manage priorities, support projects, and bring organization to a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities Direct administrative and operational support to management Help establish and maintain QC, QA, HR and other systems, processes, programs. Research complex topics and deliver clear, concise results Create, manage, and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and documents Attend meetings, capture accurate notes, and drive follow-through Manage calendars, scheduling, and shifting priorities Track action items and ensure closure Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Take on analytical, project-based, and ad-hoc tasks as business demands What We’re Looking For Strong organizational and time management skills Clear and professional communication Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn Someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and taking ownership Schedule Monday–Friday, with flexibility depending on business needs. Some Sunday work as needed.
