Job Description
POSITION:Administrative Assistant REPORTS TO:Office Manager & Project Manager DATE:February 2026 SALARY RANGE:$20-28/hour EMPLOYMENT TYPE:Full time, non-exempt EXPECTED START:April 6th, 2026 ROLE The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting both the office administration and project management team with organization, coordination, and overall operational efficiency.This is a permanent, full-time, non-exempt position with the possibility of overtime.RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling in.Answering and manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them to the appropriate personnel.Accept deliveries and mail, ensuring them to be notified and/or distributed to the correct recipient(s) in a timely manner.Manage outgoing mail and packages for pick-up.Maintain the reception area and kitchen area, keeping them clean and free of clutter.Handle filing, printing, data entry, and tracker updates necessary for both the administrative and project management team.Communicate with residential solar customers and assist with opening warranty work orders and tracking progress.Submit warranty reimbursements for residential solar projects as needed.Create invoices and track payments as required.Save and distribute RFI and submittal responses to the operations and field team members.Travel coordination including hotel booking, car rentals, and flights to and from the Seattle/Redmond area.Assist with planning annual company events.Other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or GED.Minimum of two (2) years experience in an administrative assistant role and/or customer service.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently.Comfortable handling multiple tasks and prioritizing assigned projects in an efficient manner.Must pass a drug test and background check.Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus.WORKING CONDITIONS Physical ability to lift up to 20lbs.Office environment is in-person 5 days a week in Redmond, WA.Overtime as required.Schedule is 7:30AM - 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.Ability to sit for extended periods of time in front of a computer (about 80-90% of the time).Operating keyboards, printers (including plotter) BENEFITS Supplemental insurance available on a voluntary basis, effective upon hire.401(k) available after 90 days of continued employment with company match after 6 months.Health, dental, and vision benefits with 100% of the premium paid by employer, effective after 90 days of continued employment.Sick time and vacation accrual and paid holidays available after 90 days of continued employment.Life, LTD, and STD, with 100% of the premium paid by employer, effective after 90 days of continued employment.Ozz Electric WA Inc.is an equal opportunity employer (EEO).We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$20.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Experience:Administrative Support:2 years (Preferred) Ability to Commute:Redmond, WA 98052 (Required) Work Location:In person.
