Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations.The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in office management.This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment.Bilingual skills are a plus, and familiarity with various office software is essential to succeed in this position.Schedule:Monday - Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm Pay rate:$20/hr Temporary #PFE Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for correspondence, reports, and scheduling Coordinate calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff and clients Handle customer support inquiries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer service Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software Support office management activities such as organizing supplies, maintaining office equipment, and overseeing clerical functions Provide personal assistant support as needed, including travel arrangements and task prioritization Ensure organizational efficiency through effective time management and task prioritization Experience Minimum of 1yr of previous office experience or administrative support roles preferred Familiarity with office management tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Experience with clerical duties including data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management Customer service background with strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are advantageous for supporting diverse client needs Prior experience as a medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant is a plus Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Submit your resume or call our office at (909)233-7199!
