Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations while assisting with human resources functions and environmental, health, and safety training coordination.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping people, paperwork, and processes running smoothly.Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Manage front-office operations, including phone calls, emails, and visitor coordination Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for company records Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and assist with correspondence Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors Assist leadership with reports, data entry, and document preparation Human Resources Support Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and coordinating communication Help track attendance, time-off requests, and training records Assist with benefits administration and employee communications Safety & Training Support Coordinate safety training sessions and employee certifications Maintain safety training records and compliance documentation Assist in preparing safety manuals, training materials, and signage Support incident reporting and documentation processes Help promote a culture of workplace safety and compliance Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred) 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role Exposure to HR, safety, or compliance functions is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Preferred Skills Experience with payroll systems Familiarity with OSHA or workplace safety standards Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Benefits package (medical, dental, vision, simple IRA with 3% match, PTO) Supportive team environment Stable, long-term position Job Type:Full-time Pay:$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours:40 per week Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
