Job Description
Responsibilities 1.Client Communication & Intake Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls. Greet clients and guests to the firm with professional and welcoming experience. Route calls and messages to the appropriate team members. Maintain consistent communication with clients by responding to calls, texts, and emails in a timely and professional manner. Document all client communications in Filevine.2.Administrative Support & General Office Support Scan, upload and send incoming mail to appropriate team members. Process incoming faxes and forward to appropriate team members. Maintain organized physical client files. Assist with mailing and tracking documents such as Letters of Representation (LORs), Notices and Demand packets. Provide general administrative support to attorneys and case managers, specifically with sending mail out. Assist with in-office organization, inventory of kitchen and office supplies.Qualifications 1.We are looking for a motivated, entry-level individual who is eager to learn and grow within the legal field.2.Must enjoy helping others and providing excellent client service.3.Prior administrative, customer service, or receptionist experience preferred (legal experience not required).4.Bilingual in English and Spanish REQUIRED.5.Basic proficiency in Microsoft 365, Outlook, and willingness to learn case management software (Filevine).6.Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.7.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.8.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Benefits Salary Based on Skills and Qualifications 1.Benefits: Three (3) Weeks Paid Vacation Time Off and One (1) Additional Week of Paid Sick Time Off.
