Responsibilities Attend photo appointments Edit listing photos to ensure professional, polished presentation Create marketing materials for listings Perform data entry and maintain accuracy in internal databases Answer phones and assist with client and team communication Provide general administrative and marketing support as needed We’re Looking For Someone Who Is: A hard worker with a strong work ethic Trainable and open to learning new systems and processes Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy Efficient and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment A strong communicator, both in person and over the phone Positive, dependable, and professional Bonus Points If You Have: Experience with photo editing software Graphic design or marketing experience Real estate, administrative, or customer service background Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation If you’re someone who takes pride in doing quality work, enjoys variety in your day, and wants to grow with a team, we’d love to hear from you!
