Job Title: Administrative Assistant Reports To: General Manager Position Type: Hourly, Non-Exempt Position Summary The Administrative Assistant supports the General Manager and location leadership team with daily administrative operations. This role is responsible for handling clerical tasks, managing documentation, and supporting financial processes such as bank deposits. The position plays a key role in keeping the location organized, compliant, and running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Prepare and complete daily bank deposits accurately and in a timely manner Maintain and organize location documentation, including operational, compliance, and records Assist with data entry, filing, and recordkeeping (digital and physical) Support payroll-related documentation and timekeeping follow-up as needed Track and maintain inventory logs, invoices, and vendor paperwork Assist with onboarding paperwork and general administrative HR support Communicate with corporate departments (HR, Payroll, Finance) as needed Support the GM with scheduling coordination, reporting, and administrative follow-up Ensure all documentation is audit-ready and compliant with company standards Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the General Manager Qualifications Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred (hospitality or retail environment a plus) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable handling cash processes and financial documentation Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or basic computer systems (ADP experience a plus) Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments Key Competencies Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in deposits, documentation, and reporting with minimal errors Organization & Time Management: Effectively prioritizes tasks, manages deadlines, and maintains structured records Financial Accuracy: Handles cash, deposits, and financial documentation with integrity and precision Accountability: Takes ownership of assigned responsibilities and follows through consistently Communication: Clearly and professionally communicates with leadership and corporate partners Confidentiality & Discretion: Maintains strict confidentiality with employee and financial information Problem Solving: Identifies issues and takes initiative to resolve them or escalate appropriately Adaptability: Adjusts to changing priorities and operational needs in a fast-paced airport environment Technical Proficiency: Utilizes systems such as ADP and Microsoft Office efficiently to support operations .
