Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Tulsa, OK. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of tasks including scheduling, managing correspondence, maintaining records, and providing support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Additional responsibilities include communicating with internal and external stakeholders, performing clerical duties, and assisting with executive-level tasks as needed. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to support daily operations Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for professional interactions Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance tasks Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask effectively Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or relevant certifications are a plus Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred
