Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining organizational records. This is a part-time remote position. The role requires excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively assist with executive and clerical tasks. Qualifications Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to handle scheduling, organization, and multi-tasking. Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for interacting professionally with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including document preparation, filing, and maintaining office systems. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to dynamic office environments. Experience with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) is required. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be considered a plus.
