Unisource is a leading provider of real estate information services and is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership and key operational functions. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, executive environment and can manage multiple priorities with discretion and precision. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to senior executive, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and executive communications. Prepare and obtain from department heads operational, financial, and production reports for executive review using Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas and pivot tables) , PowerPoint , and AI-based productivity tools. Review, prioritize, and respond to executive email correspondence; route communications appropriately and follow up to ensure timely responses. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to manage projects, track deadlines, and report progress to senior management. Assist with marketing, branding, and social media initiatives by working with outside vendors and internal teams. Arrange domestic travel, prepare itineraries. Ensure timely completion of compliance-related filings and internal deadlines. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion. Qualifications & Experience 3+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant role, preferably supporting senior leadership. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint ; strong presentation and reporting skills required. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft business correspondence. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Ability to multitask effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Professional demeanor, proactive mindset, and a strong sense of ownership.
