Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.This role offers an excellent opportunity to support daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and provide exceptional customer service.The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and experience in office management or clerical support.Bilingual Spanish and English, as well as familiarity with various office software and systems.But mostly with strong experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications This position is essential for maintaining efficient workflow and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment.Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings efficiently Support bookkeeping activities and handle basic office management duties Provide excellent customer service through phone etiquette and direct support to clients or patients Assist with medical or dental receptionist duties as needed, including patient check-in and appointment scheduling Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-up on correspondence and inquiries Support personal assistant tasks such as calendar management and travel arrangements when required Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy Experience with office management systems, multi-line phone systems, and clerical procedures Bilingual communication skills are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele Knowledge of QuickBooks, bookkeeping, or medical/dental receptionist experience is a plus Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and support capabilities Ability to proofread documents meticulously and maintain high standards of accuracy Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy office setting Pay:$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
