Job Description
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT White Tie Modern | Sarasota, FL Pay: $23.14 – $29.87 per hour + Merit Pay Job Type: Full-Time Expected Hours: 30–40 per week Work Location: In-Office, Sarasota Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (flexible) | Saturday 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM ==================================================== WORK SIDE-BY-SIDE WITH THE OWNER OF A LUXURY BRAND White Tie Modern is a close-knit team powering luxury weddings, celebrity events, and high-end corporate galas across Florida. You'll be the right hand to the owner: the person who keeps clients cared for, the team prepared, and the day-to-day running smoothly. It's a small team with a big reputation, and your work will be felt everywhere. ==================================================== WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THIS ROLE You'll be part of something prestigious. White Tie Modern is Florida's leading luxury photo booth company, trusted by celebrity circles, major music artists, and top-tier brands. Our Kardashian-style glam booths, cutting-edge tech, and hundreds of five-star reviews have made us the gold standard — and you'll be at the center of it all. You'll have a true seat at the table. This is a small, tight-knit team — no layers of middle management, no getting lost in the shuffle. You'll work directly with the owner every day, have real ownership over your work, and see the impact of what you do immediately. You'll grow with us. As we expand into new markets across the country, you'll be part of the growth story — researching new cities, shaping smarter systems, and helping build the future of the brand. This is not a role that stays static. You'll enjoy a schedule that respects your life. A flexible 8:30–3:30 weekday schedule means you're done before the afternoon rush. A short Saturday check-in keeps things smooth without eating your weekend. Great base pay — with merit pay on top. $23.14 – $28.87/hour base, doing work that actually moves the needle. Plus — earn merit pay for every five-star review you help bring in through post-event follow-up calls. Your warmth and follow-through are directly rewarded: the better the client experience you create, the more you take home. ==================================================== WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO Be the voice clients love. You'll be the warm, confident point of contact that makes every client feel taken care of — before, during, and after their event. You'll turn happy clients into glowing five-star reviews and lifelong fans. Run operations for the team. You'll brief our booth attendants, coordinate schedules and event assignments, and anticipate issues before they become problems — so every event feels effortless to our clients (even when it isn't). You'll be the person the team looks to for clarity and direction. Be the owner's right hand. You'll take the small-but-important things off the owner's plate — the calendar, the inbox, the details that keep the business moving — so he can focus on clients and growth. Your follow-through will make you indispensable. Help us grow. You'll research trade shows, new markets, and expansion opportunities — your findings will directly shape where White Tie Modern goes next. Make things better. Spot a broken process? Fix it. See a smarter way? Build it. We love team members who leave things better than they found them. ==================================================== YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU ARE… Detail-oriented — nothing slips through the cracks on your watch The friend everyone calls "the organized one" Calm under pressure and graceful in tricky conversations A natural problem-solver who sees around corners Warm, polished, and professional in every client interaction Self-directed — you don't wait to be told what to do Excited by the idea of being trusted with real responsibility Always looking to improve processes — you spot inefficiencies and build better systems Experience in operations, executive support, or client services is a plus. ==================================================== CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Client Experience & Communication Serve as primary point of contact for clients before and after events Manage client communication with professionalism, warmth, and clarity Confirm event details, timelines, and expectations Handle client changes, questions, and conc
