Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for an Administrative Coordinator located in Oklahoma City, OK. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing daily administrative support, coordinating schedules, handling customer inquiries, managing records, and ensuring smooth office operations. Additional responsibilities include assisting with finance-related tasks, maintaining organized workflows, and serving as a reliable point of contact for internal and external communications. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including phone and email correspondence Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills to manage schedules, records, and office operations Basic understanding of Finance and the ability to provide support for financial processes Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other common office software Problem-solving and interpersonal skills to manage relationships and resolve issues professionally Previous experience in a similar role or administrative capacity is advantageous High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or coursework in administration or related fields preferred
