Position Overview We are seeking an entry-level Administrative Coordinator to support our growing team. This role is responsible for assisting daily with office operations and recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and is looking to work in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to management and operations Help with project permitting process Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) Be involved with event planning and company initiatives Support basic marketing needs Post job openings on job boards and recruiting platforms Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach for field and office positions Schedule interviews with hiring managers Maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting databases Assist with career fairs and hiring events Qualifications Entry-level role intended for candidate with 0-3 years of experience in related field Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Compensation & Benefits We believe in fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment where employees are encouraged to grow and develop their skills.
