Now Hiring: Administrative / Executive Assistant (Full time) Built 2 Last Contracting – Warminster, PA Built 2 Last Contracting is a growing, family-owned exterior construction company specializing in roofing, siding, and carpentry. We are looking for a high-level Administrative / Executive Assistant who wants more than just a job—someone who wants to take ownership, be part of the leadership team, and help drive the company forward. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Be Responsible For You will be a key part of our operation, helping ensure jobs move efficiently from start to finish. Act as the primary point of contact for customers Schedule appointments and coordinate directly with our construction manager Manage calendars, job timelines, and daily workflow Create and organize work orders, job files, and internal documentation Track project progress and proactively identify delays or issues Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships Help oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time and organized properly Support company growth through organization, communication, and execution Manage and post content on social media (project photos, updates, etc.) What We’re Looking For Proven experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or similar role (or relevant education) Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems Excellent organization and time management skills Ability to multitask and stay ahead in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills (both with customers and internally) Experience working directly with customers Experience with social media platforms Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT is a plus What Sets You Apart You take initiative and don’t wait to be told what to do You are detail-oriented and hold a high standard for your work You are comfortable managing multiple responsibilities at once You want to grow into a leadership/management role You take pride in helping a business run efficiently and professionally Compensation $20–$30 per hour based on experience and performance Performance-based quarterly bonuses tied to organization, scheduling efficiency, and customer satisfaction Opportunity for rapid pay increases based on performance Clear path to a higher-level management position with increased compensation We are willing to pay at the top of the range for the right candidate.
