Administrative & Facility Team Member Eastside Athletic Club – Grosse Pointe Area $16–$20 per hour based on experience Schedule Primary hours available are Monday through Friday Approximately 5:30am to 1:00pm More or fewer hours may be available depending on availability and fit. Eastside Athletic Club is looking for a hardworking, reliable, and energetic team member to help with both club operations and facility upkeep. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with people, staying busy, and taking pride in keeping a high-end sports and fitness facility running smoothly. This role combines customer service, front desk responsibilities, and facility cleaning/maintenance. Responsibilities Administrative / Front Desk Duties Answer phones and assist members professionally Help members with court reservations and scheduling Provide excellent customer service to members and guests Check members and guests into the club Process payments and memberships Assist with general club operations and organization Communicate clearly with staff, tennis pros, and members Cleaning & Facility Duties Clean and maintain tennis courts Clean locker rooms and bathrooms Maintain cleanliness of gym and fitness areas Vacuum, mop, wipe down surfaces, and empty trash Keep lobby and common areas clean and presentable Assist with general facility upkeep and appearance Qualifications Friendly, positive, and professional attitude Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Comfortable working independently and with a team Customer service experience preferred What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who: enjoys interacting with people, takes pride in cleanliness and organization, and wants to be part of a positive team environment.
