Role Description C & C Jewelry MFG., Inc. is seeking a full-time, on-site Administrative & Operational Support professional based in Southlake, Texas. This role combines administrative coordination, operational support, merchandising assistance, and sales support within a fast-paced jewelry environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while supporting leadership, sales teams, and retail partners. This position plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, product accuracy, inventory coordination, and customer communication. Responsibilities Administrative & Operational Support Manage schedules, emails, and day-to-day communications Provide administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams Maintain organized records, reports, and documentation Coordinate meetings, projects, deadlines, and operational workflows Facilitate communication between internal departments and external partners Support office organization and daily operational efficiency Sales & Merchandising Support Assist the sales team with product selection, assortment planning, and inventory management Analyze sales performance, product trends, and inventory movement Support retailer relationships through communication, order follow-ups, and customer service Track purchase orders, shipments, and delivery timelines Maintain accurate product data, pricing, SKUs, descriptions, and merchandising information Assist with product/item setup across systems and platforms Ensure consistency and accuracy of product information across channels Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and product presentations Monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment or markdown opportunities Qualifications Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical ability and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office software Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Professional, dependable, and proactive mindset Experience in administrative support, merchandising, retail operations, or sales support preferred Familiarity with inventory systems, retail analytics, or luxury goods is a plus Experience in the jewelry or luxury industry is highly desirable High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Merchandising, or a related field is a plus
