JOB Come join the State of Alaska!The Department of Family and Community Services,Office of Children’s Services is recruiting for full-time Administrative Operations Manager 2in Anchorage or Juneau, AlaskaThis position is open to Alaska Residents Only.What You Will Be Doing: The Administrative Operations Manager 2 (AOM2) is part of a dynamic team in the Department of Family and Community Services (DFCS), Office of Children’s Services (OCS) Director’s Office.The AOM2 is responsible for direction, oversight, and setting statewide policy, controls, and procedures for the OCS administrative, budgetary, and financial functions. The position is part of the division’s senior management team which makes recommendations on goals and policies, regulations, short- and long-range planning, and efficient management of resources. Provide ongoing professional financial and administrative support and consultative services to all OCS central and regional offices. Coordinate responses to legislative inquiries and work with the division’s legislative liaison to prepare fiscal notes.
