Administrative Service Assistant Our client, a leading Pacific Northwest utility provider committed to public service and environmental stewardship, is seeking an Administrative Services Assistant to support their Operational Technology (OT) organization in Vancouver, Washington.In this role, you will provide professional and confidential administrative support to leadership and teams supporting critical infrastructure operations, helping coordinate day-to-day activities across a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Responsibilities include supporting office operations, managing documentation, assisting with data tracking, and serving as a liaison between leadership, technical teams, and support staff to help ensure efficient and seamless operations.This position is a one-year renewable contract that includes employee benefits! Pay Range:$34.00 - 35.85/hr., DOE Location:Vancouver, Washington - ONSITE Key Responsibilities for Administrative Services Assistant:Provide high-level administrative and confidential support to managers and teams, including preparing correspondence, maintaining documentation, and supporting daily operations.Serve as a primary point of contact by screening calls, greeting visitors, responding to inquiries, and directing requests as appropriate.Prepare and maintain documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools and Adobe Acrobat.Coordinate calendars, meetings, and events by managing schedules, arranging logistics, preparing materials, and recording meeting notes as needed.Track action items, projects, and deliverables to ensure timely follow-up and alignment with organizational priorities.Serve as a liaison between leadership, teams, and support functions to ensure effective communication and smooth operations.Provide guidance to administrative staff and support coordination of work across teams.Support personnel-related processes including onboarding, training tracking, performance documentation, and recognition activities.Coordinate travel arrangements and support timekeeping and attendance processes.Partner with internal teams (HR, IT, Security, Facilities, etc.) to support onboarding, equipment, and operational needs.Maintain SharePoint sites, organizational records, and documentation in compliance with records management standards.Assist with procurement and payment processes and provide backup support to administrative team members as needed.Requirements for Administrative Services Assistant:High school diploma or equivalent is required.Associates Degree in Secretarial Science, Administrative Management or related field is preferred.6 years of demonstrated administrative/clerical experience is required.4 or more years of relevant work experience in administrative support functions with Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook (Microsoft Office 2010 proficiency required).Intermediate to advanced experience with SharePoint sufficient to:support, manage, edit and maintain site.
