The firm specializes in tax advisory services for businesses and high net worth clients. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Specialist. The position is based in San Diego, CA, with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week during slower seasons. There will be a minimum six-month training period prior to being offered the opportunity for remote work. The Administrative Specialist will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phones, assembling tax returns, scheduling, organizing client files, tracking deadlines, managing correspondence, and supporting daily office operations. The individual will also liaise with clients, assist in managing financial records, and provide general support to the tax team to ensure proceedings run smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with clients and team members Proficiency in administrative assistance and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently Knowledge of financial principles and experience in finance-related roles or familiarity with accounting processes Strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy and attention to detail in managing data and information Proficiency in office software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and digital filing systems Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred Previous administrative experience in a professional services or financial environment is a plus
