About The Role We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. Basic computer skills including email management, document processing, and familiarity with office software are essential. Bilingual abilities and experience with QuickBooks are considered advantageous but are not required. You will serve as the first point of contact by handling incoming calls and other communications, ensuring professional and courteous interactions. Managing and organizing the filing system and documents will be essential to keep our office operations efficient. Updating paperwork, preparing documents, and assisting with word processing tasks will be part of your daily duties. You will also support the team in organizing and maintaining the office environment, ensuring that supplies and resources are readily available. Additionally, assisting with scheduling, coordinating meetings, and supporting various administrative projects will be required.
