Job Description
We have an 2 immediate openings for an administrative individual to support our Volunteer Services Dept . This position is great for individuals who need volunteer hours or simply enjoy the volunteer experience in Administrative Assisting. Qualifications Excellent organizational and administrative skills with an acute eye for detail Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail, highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Professional and positive demeanor, both in-person and over the phone Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team. Strong computer literacy: Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel This position will require ON SITE and possibly REMOTE work. The office is located at 1051 Riverside Drive NY, NY 10032 The position requires two days a week - flexible Tuesday through Thursday between 10 am and 4pm - minimum of a 4-hour commitment per day.
