As the Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the agency's culture and driving its overall success. You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with state regulations, and maintain accurate documentation while fostering a positive team environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring full compliance with state regulations and policies Develop and maintain accurate documentation and records in line with regulatory standards Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, motivating staff and encouraging teamwork Demonstrate flexibility by being available to meet business and client needs, including working outside typical hours when necessary Identify and implement growth opportunities to expand the agency's reach and impact within the community Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients receive compassionate, personalized care Build and nurture relationships with clients, families, and the community to promote the agency's services and mission Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in the home care or medical field High energy with a positive, approachable personality Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for inspiring and leading a diverse team Knowledge of state policies and procedures related to homecare services Self-motivated and capable of working independently with initiative Passionate about helping others and making a meaningful difference in clients' lives Willing to go the extra mile to ensure client well-being and satisfaction Company Description: At BrightCare HomeCare, we proudly provide home care services in Lafayette, Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and Mandeville, Louisiana, and surrounding areas to individuals with disabilities, injuries, difficulties with mobility, or illnesses.
