The Clinic Manager plays a vital role in overseeing daily clinical and operational functions within assigned pain clinics. This position requires close collaboration with healthcare providers and direct supervision of clinical and office staff to ensure smooth and efficient clinic operations. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of quality improvement initiatives to achieve excellent patient outcomes. Collaborate with Quality Assurance personnel to maintain compliance with all quality controls, measures, and competencies. Assist in preparing and managing capital and operational budgets, monitoring monthly expenditures to stay within financial targets. Develop and implement clinic policies, procedures, and job descriptions to enhance operational efficiency. Identify and lead process improvements in partnership with management, quality assurance, and care coordination teams. Coordinate orientation and competency validation for new staff, ensuring compliance with training and performance standards. Supervise clinic staff, including hiring and termination recommendations. Serve as a super user for scheduling and electronic medical record (EMR) software, providing training and ongoing support. Educate staff and patients on patient portal benefits and assist with patient enrollment. Plan and facilitate staff development, training, and continuing education opportunities. Foster a professional and supportive environment for patients, families, providers, and staff. Oversee office processes to ensure efficient patient flow and support practice operations. Manage staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and approval of paid time off requests. Demonstrate accountability, adaptability, teamwork, and reliability under pressure.
