Crossbridge Hospice seeks an experienced Administrator to lead daily operations and ensure high-quality, compassionate end-of-life care. Reporting to executive leadership, this role oversees clinical and non-clinical functions, compliance, budgeting, and staff management for our home- and community-based hospice services. The Administrator drives patient-centered outcomes, maintains regulatory and accreditation standards, supports interdisciplinary care teams, and cultivates a culture of dignity, respect, and collaboration. This position also manages performance improvement, develops policies and procedures, and serves as a key liaison with patients, families, referral partners, and community stakeholders.
