End Date: May 9, 2026 Job Description PURPOSE SUMMARY . To perform professional level support, supervision of assigned staff, and administrative/technical duties for the Fleet Department. Manage all fuel cards and pin numbers Issue and monitor fuel pin numbers, fuel cards Monitor and analyze fuel card usage Prepare reports and graphs as required d. Monitor fuel budget Perform and prepare monthly billing for our customer departments Billing for repairs, towing, fuel usage, and preventive maintenance Oversee County car rental and billing Assist customers with understanding billing and changes Assist in overseeing motor pool Back up to Administrative Assistant when necessary Oversee Fleet software, assist with GPS program Update software as required Assign passwords and fields Process new vehicles including registering and licensing Assist in overseeing GPS program Assist with auctions, obtaining titles, and disposal of vehicles </
