Title: Admission Coordinator Location: 200 Dyer Street Providence, RI 02903 Duration: 7+ Month Shift: M-F 8:30 am-5 pm Job Description Answer a multi-line phone system and respond to routine questions or forward to appropriate party, all incoming calls to the Office of College Admission Keep reception area well organized, with pertinent information on all programs and services easily accessible. Provides excellent customer service, administrative support, and problem solving related to prospective students, departmental records. Processes, updates, and supports departmental records and data. Provides a wide range of administrative support duties. Process incoming and outgoing mail. Scan, index, and match documents to applicant records Performs data entry and data corrections Coordinate bulk shipments of Admission publications. Must be able to lift up to 30lbs, serves as the front desk receptionist. Answers phones, welcomes visitors
