Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counsellor based in Delhi, OH. The Admission Counsellor will engage with prospective students and their families, provide tailored career and educational advice, support them through the enrollment process, and manage admission procedures. The role includes conducting counseling sessions, addressing inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a seamless admission experience. The candidate will also provide insights on educational programs and coordinate with the internal team for updated course and institution details. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills Ability to analyze educational needs and provide tailored career guidance Customer service and problem-solving skills Experience in admission coordination, data management, and maintaining accurate records Knowledge of educational programs and industry trends Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Positive attitude, organized, and detail-oriented Bachelor’s degree in any field (education or psychology preferred)
