Admissions Advisor Role: The Admissions Advisor is the first point of contact for prospective Future Professionals looking to pursue their educational/career goals in the beauty industry.You must have a desire to help make a difference in people's lives.This person will be responsible for guiding prospective Future Professionals through the entire enrollment process from Lead to Active. What We Are Looking For: This is a fast-paced, high-demand position requiring the candidate to wear many different hats in a busy, high-energy school.Bring a positive and professional attitude and you'll fit right in with our Be Nice culture.The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and the ability to manage goal-driven daily tasks efficiently and professionally.Must be self-motivated to meet and exceed enrollment goals.This position requires confidence, resilience, strong organizational and communications skills, exceptional persistence, a high level of commitment, and the ability to guide and motivate others. Responsibilities Include: Attract new prospective enrollments through career fairs, open houses, community expos, high school presentations/networking, salon networking, various events and activities, and personal marketing efforts Systematically capture, organize and manage leads using a computer-based customer relationship management (CRM) system Follow-up on and nurture leads via phone calls, email, and texting Conduct high-energy, effective tours and screening interviews of prospective students Ensure all application paperwork and related requirements are completed on a timely basis Work closely with the Financial Aid Team to facilitate financing solutions for all qualified applicants Be a positive, energetic role model for the school's culture. Skills/Competencies Required: Ability to meet and exceed monthly/weekly goals Maintain timely follow-up with all leads according to established processes Maintain database in an organized, error-free manner Proficiency on a PC computer, Internet, and email applications (CRM experience a plus) Maintain honesty and professionalism Degree in Sales, Business, or comparable degree and/or experience is preferred Competitive salary is commensurate with experience.Benefits include insurances, vacation accrual, advancement opportunities and much more for employees who qualify.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: Admissions:2 years (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Provo, UT 84604 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Provo, UT 84604:Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location:In person.
