Admissions Coordinator

Responsibilities The Admissions Coordinator assists Admissions Clinicians with telephonic and in-person risk assessment and crisis intervention, initial contact with referral sources and potential patients, coordination of the referral and intake process, determining appropriate level of care, facilitating the admission process and maintaining communication with referral sources, families, patients and unit staff. Provides reception coverage as needed. Promotes patient care consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Cedar Ridge. Performs duties in accordance with the facility's mission, values, policies, and behavioral standards.
