Our Service Covenant: Smile - Empathy - Recognition - Voice - Integrity - Care - Experience We are looking for an experience full time Admissions Director (Mon-Fri, 8:30 - 5:00 pm). Knowledge of Skilled Nursing Admission practices, processes, and policies. Administrative functions: Assess inquiries and respond to referrers immediately. Ensure an immediate response to phone, fax, and walk-in inquiries and referrals; Facilitates admission decision and ensures positive admission experience for customer and family; Meets census goals by working with the center's interdisciplinary team and Network entities to coordinate customer flow into and through the nursing center; Coordinates tour, application, and sales process with customers, families, and referrers, either personally or with appropriate backup systems; Ensures proper completion, signing, and distribution of paperwork; Meets with family and customers on the day of admission and ensures appropriate preparation of room and introductio
