Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for the recruitment of qualified students according to plan and all the necessary follow up to ensure the students’ successful entrance into Bryan University. POSITION RESPONSIBILTIES Conduct phone inquiries- answer specific inquiry and convert to appointment. Conduct continual follow-up on all inquires (phone, website, PPC, google, live transfer, referral, etc.) Interview prospective students- conduct interviews relaying enthusiasm and professionalism, while presenting features and benefits. Conduct continual follow-up on those who have interviewed and those who have applied. Provide personal attention to every prospective student. Work as a team member to achieve admissions expectations, (daily, weekly and quarterly). of appointments booked of interviews of applications of inbound and outbound calls daily Talk Time Adhere to Admissions Operations Manual Make the most effective use of your working hours. Work with Admissions Manager and/or Team Lead to generate campaigns to increase college interests outside the scope of current campus marketing plan. Complete Student Information System updates daily. Complete and provide all required admissions reports. Attend training sessions as required. Work closely with Admissions Manager to ensure maximum results from self-generated inquiries. Participate through recommendations and suggestions about the overall marketing strategy for the coming year. Assist in other areas of college presentations. (College fairs, presentation, open house, etc.) Perform all other duties as assigned by the Admissions Manager and/or Team and Executive Director. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Associates Degree required: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Inside sales, marketing and advertising experience a plus. Experience with cold calling and inquiry generation. Sense of integrity and ability to get along with others. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, analytical talent and attention to detail. Fluency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP: Reports to Directly: Admissions Manager and /or Team Lead In-directly: Executive VP COMPLIANCE BU employees must comply with policies and procedures in accordance with the U.S. Department of Education, state authorizing agency, accreditation organization, local, state and federal laws. They must also adhere to the BU Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct and all other BU policies and procedures at the campus and systems level. BU has a “Zero Tolerance” stance for non-compliance. Employees are held accountable and the necessary steps will be taken, up to and including termination for employees that do not comply.
