Cirque Lodge Location:UtahPosition Type:Full-Time Compensation:Hourly - Starting at $20/hour and above, based on experience About Cirque Lodge Cirque Lodge is a premier residential addiction treatment center dedicated to providing individualized, clinically sophisticated care in a private and compassionate setting.Our team is committed to excellence in treatment and in the experience we provide to clients, families, and professional referents.Position Summary The Admissions Coordinator is the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking treatment.This role requires compassion, professionalism, and confidence in guiding prospective clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives.The ideal candidate combines strong customer service and consultative sales skills with the ability to conduct high-level clinical screenings and manage the admissions process from initial inquiry through arrival.Key Responsibilities Provide general information about alcohol and drug rehabilitation programs, levels of care, and pricing Conduct high-level pre-admission assessments to determine clinical appropriateness Verify insurance benefits and clearly communicate financial options Facilitate and coordinate all aspects of the admissions process Build trust and rapport with clients, families, and professional referents Set, manage, and exceed expectations throughout the pre-admission experience Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions into treatment Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up communication Qualifications Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Sales experience or consultative sales ability preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment High emotional intelligence and professionalism Experience in behavioral health, healthcare admissions, or addiction treatment preferred What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who is:Compassionate but confident Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable discussing finances and closing admissions Able to remain calm in emotionally sensitive or urgent situations Motivated by helping families find hope and solutions Why Join Cirque Lodge?
